Optical Properties of AgInS2 Quantum Dots Synthesized in a 3D-Printed Microfluidic Chip

چکیده

Colloidal nanoparticles, and quantum dots in particular, are a new class of materials that can significantly improve the functionality photonics, electronics, sensor devices, etc. The main challenge addressed article is modification syntheses colloidal NP to launch them into mass production. It proposed use an additive printing method chips for microfluidic synthesis, it shown our approach allows offer cheap, easily scalable automated synthesis which increase product yield up 60% with improved optical properties AgInS2 dots.
